2 person occupancy maximum per room.
No children under 5 years old.
No Smoking. Parking not included.
No Elevator service.
Check-in is 3:00pm or later; Check-out no later than 10:00am.
Booking Terms & Conditions
*Wharfside Village Hotel requires minimum stay requirements depending on season. A 12.% Accommodation Tax is applied to all rates.
Rates are based on 2 persons per bedroom.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the total (including tax) is due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is due not later than 30 days prior to arrival date. For reservations made less than 30 days to arrival date, 100% is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 31 days or more prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit minus the value of one night stay. For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the total price will be forfeited.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover any possible losses due to unforeseen circumstances and trip cancellations. (ie. hurricanes, flight cancellations...)
